AEG Supports International Women’s Day With “Each For Equal” Social Media Campaign

AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company, supported International Women’s Day, March 8, 2020, with a social media campaign focused around this year’s “Each For Equal” theme. The campaign underscores the company’s commitment to gender equality and celebrates women’s achievements, opportunities and potential.

Launching last week, the campaign encourages employees and fans to visit www.aegwomenstrong.com, watch the “Each For Equal” video, participate in the “Tag Your Squad Sweepstakes” using the hashtag #womenstrong and share GIFs from the site on their social channels.

“Today, we recognize the contributions of women everywhere, as well as the extraordinary women at AEG, whose hard work and dedication have helped to build our company into the industry leader that it is,” said Dan Beckerman, CEO and President of AEG. “In the spirit of celebration, I want to reaffirm the need for gender equality and our commitment to developing a diverse and inclusive workforce that fosters the unique qualities, perspectives and approaches that women bring to the workplace.”

In addition to the social media campaign, on March 6, AEG also celebrated International Women’s Day by hosting a discussion with Kim Davis, the Executive Vice President, Social Impact, Growth Initiatives & Legislative Affairs for the National Hockey League at the GRAMMY Museum at LA LIVE for its global employee workforce.
