Mr Organic to donate to FareShare for every pack of seeds planted

This April to September, organic, plant-based food brand, Mr Organic, will distribute thousands of Organic Tomato seed packets in Abel and Cole shopper’s boxes. They are also working with Andover Trees United to hand out their Organic Tomato seedling packs throughout schools within the UK, and teaching children and adults alike how to grow their own veg from scratch.

“At Mr Organic we want to encourage people to live positive and eat positive. We’re hoping to plant the seeds for a more conscious way of living that considers the planet and all those that inhabit it. As part of the campaign for every packet of seeds planted, Mr Organic is donating a tin of Chopped Tomatoes, the equivalent of over 3,800 meals.”
Marketing Executive Kitty Evans-Smith

As part of the campaign, for every pack of seeds planted, Mr Organic will be donating a tin of chopped tomatoes to FareShare, up to 4,000 tins which is the equivalent of 3,800 meals. This is in addition to the 5,900 meals they have already donated to launch the campaign.

Alongside their seed packets, Mr Organic will be providing an educational workbook filled with recipes, puzzles, planting instructions and tips to equip the nation with more knowledge around Organic. This includes its benefits for the planet and all those that inhabit it.
