Taking on the role of CIPR President is a true honour, particularly in what is set to be a significant year of political, economic, and technological change.

The public relations community has a significant role in supporting their organisations and the public through this. Amidst the unpredictability of global economics, geopolitical turmoil, the rapidly evolving technological landscape and the continued rise of misinformation, my commitment as President is to ensure the CIPR is on hand to serve our members by giving you the tools you need to be as effective as possible and to represent your value to the outside world.

I am confident the dedication of this new Board will work hard to elevate the experience of each member, reinforced by the exceptional teams at the CIPR and volunteers who are always ready to provide unwavering support. I’m looking forward to meeting many members and hearing from you throughout 2024.
