Today, 13 December UNESCO will celebrate the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (2022-2032). UNESCO will highlight a ten-year action plan to draw the world’s attention to the critical loss of indigenous languages and the urgent need to preserve, revitalize and celebrate them. Amazon and USAID Launch Effort to Boost Climate Funding for Women

Amazon and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) are launching a public-private partnership to address the gender inequities that exist for women in the climate finance ecosystem and support female entrepreneurs with the resources they need to accelerate climate change innovations. Big Issue Group partners with Specsavers to help vendors access vital healthcare

The Big Issue Group (BIG) and Specsavers have announced a major new partnership which will see the company offer all Big Issue vendors free access to eyecare, as well as becoming the sole sponsor of the iconic red tabards. Berry’s New Black Solution Makes Recycling Possible

Berry has provided a more sustainable solution for the packaging of Norwegian ice cream producer Diplom-Is’s Royal brand by replacing the company’s previous carbon black colour containers with new non-carbon black versions. This has made it possible to recycle the ice cream containers. Contrary to traditional carbon black, new non-carbon black plastic packaging is detectable by the Near Infra-Red (NIR) scanners used for waste sorting processes.
