Recycling Roadmap for Flexible Plastics launches

A long-awaited solution to a major plastic recycling challenge has been revealed in a report and blueprint launched in Parliament this week. The report, titled “The Future of Recycling Flexible Plastic Packaging in the UK,” provides a comprehensive blueprint detailing how flexible plastics, such as food packaging, film, and carrier bags, can be cost-effectively collected and recycled. Ohio Employers Honored by NSC for Leadership in Road Safety

In each of the last three years, crashes and fatalities have declined in Ohio, partly due to leadership provided by three employers recognized today by the National Safety Council through the presentation of the inaugural Our Driving Concern Ohio Employer Traffic Safety Awards.  NSC, in partnership with the Ohio Traffic Safety Office, is working to build a network of employers across the state who invest in roadway safety. A multi-stakeholder partnership between Save the Children, the Italian Cooperation, and Ferrero to improve children’s living conditions, enhance their well-being, and combat child labour. An innovative initiative bringing together institutions, private sector, and civil society to protect children and adolescents living in cocoa-farming communities in Côte d’Ivoire.
