Thousands of school children across the UK will benefit from a new grant programme launching this summer which will provide £5 million in grants to help give them a healthier, more active, stronger start in life. One in three parents worried about losing their home as cost-of-living crisis continues to bite

Nearly one in three parents (30%) are worried about being made homeless, and almost half (49%) worry about keeping their home warm for their children, according to new research published by children’s charity Barnardo’s which reveals the latest impacts for families that are struggling financially. UK Charities Awarded £3 Million In Donations From Zurich Community Trust To Focus On Cost-Of-Living Challenges

Zurich Community Trust (ZCT) has donated more than £2 million to regional organisations around the UK in cities including Belfast, Birmingham, Croydon, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Manchester.  These charities have been selected by Zurich’s UK employees, with a focus on poverty, isolation, mental health, dementia, domestic abuse and homelessness.
