The National Library of Indonesia to receive 2024 UNESCO-Jikji Memory of the World Prize

UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay has named the National Library of Indonesia as the laureate of the 2024 UNESCO/Jikji Memory of the World Prize, following the recommendation of an international jury of experts. Documentary heritage is a unique and irreplaceable window into our history, offering a connection to the thoughts, culture and lived experiences of the past.
