‘Councils have a duty to communicate’ – PRCA responds to ‘bins, not spin’ campaign

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has issued a response to a recent article in the Belfast Telegraph condemning the number of press officers employed by Northern Ireland Councils.
