CBA supports Endeavour Energy with landmark $920 Million Sustainability-Linked Loan

The Commonwealth Bank has supported Endeavour Energy, via its financing entity, Network Finance Company Pty Ltd, with a landmark syndicated A$920 million five-year sustainability-linked loan (SLL) facility. With this transaction, Endeavour becomes the first known electricity distribution network service provider (DNSP) in Australia to access sustainability linked financing. Commonwealth Bank CEO Matt Comyn took part in the Federal Government’s unveiling of, ‘Bring Up Respect’, the next phase of its national ‘Stop it at the Start’ campaign designed to prevent violence against women and children.
