Francis Ingham wins AMEC’s Don Barthomelew Award

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) Director General Francis Ingham has been named winner of the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication’s (AMEC) Don Bartholomew Award for 2021. The Award – AMEC’s most prestigious accolade – recognises outstanding service to the communication measurement and evaluation industry.
