The Global Wind Energy Council’s flagship Global Wind Report released recently shows that 2024 was a record year for new capacity, with 117 GW of wind energy installed across the world. The Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) has published the 15th edition of the Global Wind Report, the wind industry’s flagship publication which provides a comprehensive, global view of the sector through the latest market data, country profiles, trends and analysis.
