Eloise Moller was recently named This Girl Can Grassroots Sportswoman of the Year in a glitzy ceremony in central London. Eloise, who was honoured for her work at the charity Single Homeless Project, picked up her prize at the Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year awards after topping the public vote.
