Asda removes plastic from in-store printed media across the country, as it continues the fight against plastic pollution

As it continues its fight against plastic across the business, Asda has announced the removal of unnecessary plastic from freestanding display units and customer signage in stores across the country. As part of Asda’s accelerated target to reduce own brand plastic by 15% by 2021, the retailer is working to make in-store displays more sustainable, cutting down on plastic and non-recyclable materials.
