The National Lottery is searching for the nation’s lockdown legends in communities across the UK as part of the 2020 National Lottery Awards. New figures reveal more than £1.2 billion of National Lottery funding has been invested in good causes across the UK in 2018/19 alone. Heritage Emergency Fund launches to help sector

The National Lottery Heritage Fund has put together a £50million fund to support the heritage sector as an immediate response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.   The UK-wide fund – money raised from The National Lottery – will address immediate pressures over the next three-six months for those organisations most in need. Charities share £8.6 million of National Lottery funding to transform digital capabilities

The voluntary sector has received a significant funding boost, after The National Lottery Community Fund announced the second round of organisations to receive grants from its Digital Fund The UK’s largest funder of community activity has awarded £8.6 million, to be shared between 20 organisations including Parkinson’s UK, Refugee Action, Mental Health Innovations and GoodGym.
