The Public Relations and Communications Association’s (PRCA) Public Sector group has been re-launched with new Chair, Marcus Chrysostomou CMPRCA, Senior Account Director from Westco Communications. Marcus has over 20 years of experience working in the public and private sector. His experience includes the Downing Street Press Office and other government departments, running his own business, and working at a number of local authorities in senior roles.
