The PRCA has welcomed an update from the Office of the Registrar for Consultant lobbyists (ORCL) to its lobbying register guidance, which provides public affairs professionals with additional advice on how to comply with the statutory register. The update includes a requirement for consultant lobbyists to declare if they were paid for lobbying in the three months before they applied to join the Register.
