PepsiCo Inc. has announced a new target to source 100% renewable electricity across all of its company owned and controlled operations globally by 2030 and across its entire franchise and third-party operations by 2040. General Mills set a goal of 100% renewable electricity by 2030 as part of the RE100 global corporate initiative. To achieve this, the company is investing in renewable energy efforts to support the company’s environmental objectives. Vattenfall and AG Barr sign renewable electricity agreement in the UK

Vattenfall has signed a 10-year electricity supply contract with the UK based soft drink and consumer goods company AG Barr. According to the corporate power purchase agreement (CPPA), Vattenfall will introduce 100% renewable electricity across AG Barr’s all sites in the UK.
