The Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation has marked National Volunteers’ Week 2025 by recording its highest number of volunteering hours for the annual event. Around 200 volunteers recorded over 1,000 volunteering hours between 2-6 June, in what is the Stop Hunger Foundation’s 20th anniversary year. Sodexo’s Stop Hunger Foundation celebrated its 20th anniversary in style last night at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club’s American Express Stadium. The annual fundraising dinner brought together colleagues, charity partners, clients and supply partners to raise £292,300 for initiatives tackling food insecurity across the UK and Ireland. AberNecessities receives £10k grant to help in its mission to ensure no child goes without

Aberdeen-based children’s charity, AberNecessities has received a £10,000 grant from the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation to support the charity’s Bright Future Project, an initiative aimed to help children and families from disadvantageous backgrounds through partnerships with local schools in Aberdeen. Sodexo volunteers chalk up over 1,400 reading sessions through platinum partnership with Chapter One

The Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation is a platinum partner to Chapter One, a charity aimed at improving educational outcomes, addressing a root cause of food insecurity.
