A consortium of businesses, universities and non-governmental organisations has received a grant of £2.68 million in funding to develop a project aimed at converting industrial waste gases into sustainable materials for use in consumer products. Research will support the expansion of treescapes in the UK

Six major research projects will explore the most effective ways to expand the UK’s trees, hedgerows, woodlands and forests in rural and urban settings.
