The National LGBTQ+ Bar Names Paul Thaler as Director of Development

The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association is excited to announce that Paul Thaler is our new Director of Development. From staff to board leadership, we send a sincere “Welcome Back” to Paul who takes over from the always amazing Seth Rosen to oversee our business development.

Paul’s career as an attorney is as broad as it is deep and helps explain why Paul is such a well-rounded legal professional. Boasting of experience in private practice and even a period of time as a career development officer at a law school, Paul is a multi-faceted example of the best the profession can offer. Moreover, the LGBTQ+ Bar Association community knows him previously as our Director of External Affairs from several years back.

“We are quite simply thrilled to have Paul back at this pivotal time in our organization’s history,” said  D’Arcy Kemnitz, Executive Director for the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and Foundation. “Having just completed our second virtual conference and career fair with record-breaking sponsorship levels, Paul is the perfect person to take lead merging legal business development with the commitment to diversity in the profession that only the LGBTQ+ Bar can bring.”

“I am delighted to re-join the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association,” said Paul Thaler. “I am excited to work with the Bar’s partners and constituents as we continue to put forth, and even expand, our unparalleled programming and events for the LGBTQ+ legal community.”
