National employee wellbeing platform Champion Health has partnered with R;pple Suicide Prevention to improve mental health and reduce the incidence of suicide, both inside and outside of the workplace. Champion Health, which is headquartered in Sheffield, provides data-driven health and wellbeing solutions, tailored to each individual employee. Mars Wrigley UK Set To Remove 82 Tonnes Of Plastic With New Recyclable Maltesers Box

Mars Wrigley UK has announced the removal of the black PE liner from Maltesers boxes, which will see 82 tonnes of plastic eliminated every single year: equating to 13 Tyrannosaurus Rexes.   The removal of PE from all Maltesers boxes in the UK means that the box itself is now fully recyclable and, without using any additional paper pulp, around 930 tonnes of carboard per year can now be fully recycled in Britain. HYBRIT: The world’s first fossil-free steel ready for delivery

In July, SSAB Oxelösund rolled the first steel produced using HYBRIT technology, i.e., reduced by 100% fossil-free hydrogen instead of coal and coke, with good results. Dixons Carphone, the business behind Currys PC World, has launched an industry first recycling scheme enabling customers to return expanded polystyrene (EPS) packaging to stores for recycling for free.
