Last month Axpo Holding AG successfully placed a sustainability-linked bond on the Swiss market in the amount of CHF 500 million. Veolia and Miracle-Gro launch innovative recycling scheme for plastic compost bags in garden centres

A new UK recycling operation involving Veolia, garden product brand Miracle-Gro, and Dobbies Garden Centres is now set to tackle the growing problem of the 100 million bags used for compost, soil and chipped bark each year. Charity staff in the UK are paid 7% less per hour on average than workers in other sectors, according to new research. For the first time, new analysis for the Law Family Commission on Civil Societ has quantified the size of the pay gap that has long been recognised between the charity sector and the rest of the economy.
