11% of large charities report their ethnicity pay gap, research finds

Some 11% of the largest charities in the UK currently report their ethnicity pay gap, according to research by Civil Society.  Analysis of the top 250 charities by income, according to Charity Finance’s 100 and 250 Indexes, shows that 27 published their ethnicity pay gap for 2022.  All 27 charities that reported data had a lower ethnicity pay gap than the UK national average of 31.3% and had a combined average of 21.9% in favour of white staff. $65 billion in apparel export earnings at risk due to climate crisis

Extreme heat and flooding are threatening key apparel hubs and will put over $65 billion worth of export earnings at risk across four key production centres by 2030.
