Climate anxiety far higher among ad industry than general public

Climate anxiety is far higher for those working in the ad industry than the general public, and perceptions about the ad industry’s impact on the climate crisis are far less positive for those working in the ad industry business versus the general public. The research was commissioned by the IPA Media Climate Action Group and carried out in April this year. Virgin Media O2 reduces carbon emissions by the equivalent of almost 15,000 UK homes’ annual energy use in 2023

New figures released recently show that Virgin Media O2 reduced carbon emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) by 23% last year – the equivalent of emissions caused by the annual combined energy usage of 14,883 UK homes.
