Best month ever for new EV registrations as market grows in all-important plate change March

The UK new car market grew by 6.6% in March, typically the busiest month of the year, with 380,627 new vehicles registered, according to the latest figures published by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). Celtic Renewables renews its partnership with Rosebank, part of Ian Macleod Distillers

Celtic Renewables has renewed its partnership with ultra-premium whisky distillery, Rosebank, part of Ian Macleod Distillers, for another three years. The partnership will see Rosebank Distillery in Falkirk send the pot ale by-product produced during its distilling process to the Celtic Renewables biorefinery located less than four miles away at Grangemouth. Advertising production could cut emissions by more than a quarter – and save millions

AdGreen have published our fourth Annual Review, revealing both the growing scale of carbon measurement across advertising production – and a significant, largely untapped opportunity for the industry to reduce emissions and costs. Drawing on real data from 2,295 wrapped productions measured in 2025, their report shows that companies using the AdGreen Carbon Calculator recorded 20,504 tonnes of CO₂e last year.
