The IPA is calling on adland’s bold thinkers, inclusive leaders and innovative changemakers to tell their story and enter the IPA iList 2026.
If you, or someone you admire, at any level, is breaking barriers through intentional storytelling, inclusive casting, building cultural fluency and belonging in the workplace or industry, or driving real change in our industry around inclusivity and representation, then make sure that story is heard.
Since 2020, 90 inclusivity gamechangers have been honoured on the IPA iList for their part in some of the industry’s most impactful inclusion initiatives – both through the creative work itself or through initiatives in the business. iListers are involved in all areas of diversity and inclusion, including improving gender, age, ethnic and socio-economic diversity; making the industry more inclusive around sexuality, neurodiversity, and disability; improving mental health and wellbeing; and making the industry more accessible through flexible working practices.
Applications are open until Friday, 16 January, with shortlisted nominees to be interviewed by a judging panel led by Xavier Rees, Group CEO of AMV BBDO and Chair of the IPA Talent Leadership Group. The final 2026 IPA iList will be honoured at the IPA Talent & Diversity Conference in April.
Says Xavier Rees, Group CEO, AMV BBDO and Chair of the IPA Talent Leadership Group:
“At the IPA Talent & Diversity Conference in April, I spoke about the importance of unity and how vital it is for leaders to craft inclusive environments where all people feel welcome, included and understood. Events from around the world over the last six months have made this message more important than ever, so I am delighted to be leading the judges for the IPA iList 2026.”
If you are actively committed to creating an inclusive advertising industry for all – and are putting in the work to make it happen – I urge you to tell us your story and help us celebrate the incredible work that you are doing”.
Xavier Rees, Group CEO, AMV BBDO
Says Leila Siddiqi, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, IPA:
“Through the iList, we are hoping to send a strong message of solidarity and positivity to the industry. We are shining a spotlight on how individuals in agencies are actively using their creativity, influence and culture to unite against what has been the most divisive of times. Not only will the list give us a new set of industry role models but also tried and tested solutions and creative which evidence growth, impact and goodwill.”
Nominate yourself or someone you know today and be part of a movement that stands together for the importance of equity in our industry.”

Gideon Spanier, UK editor-in-chief of Campaign, said:
“We are pleased to continue Campaign’s support for the IPA iList because we believe that improving inclusion must remain a priority for the advertising industry. The iList plays a vital role by shining a light on the people who are driving progress, at a time when momentum is at risk of faltering.”
