Receiving funding at a pivotal time in a music career can make all the difference to an artist. Help Musicians UK wants a world where musicians thrive and supporting them to apply for funding is a big part of the charity’s vision.
From February 7-28, HMUK will be on the road giving one-to-one funding advice sessions across the country.
The personal, 30-minute advice sessions will be conducted by HMUK Creative Programme Officer Joe Danher and will be an opportunity for artists to ask for guidance on how to perfect their funding applications and get the best chance to develop their creative careers.
Whether it’s a question about which fund is right to apply for, or who is the best person to list as a reference, or even how to put together a video application, Joe will be on hand to help de-mystify the process of putting together a funding application.
This is an opportunity that shouldn’t be missed by any artists looking to apply for funding. Register your interest now by emailing creative@helpmusicians.org.uk.
