IPA: Are you pushing the industry to be better in 2020?

The IPA are asking people to nominate inclusivity champions from all levels and departments to be a part of the iList. I include the details on how to enter here:

Are you one of the unsung heroes changing the way we work or the work we create? Are you a passionate champion of diversity and inclusion going above and beyond your day-to-day role? Do you know someone who is?

The iList, in partnership with Unilever, is aiming to galvanise the industry into becoming a more inclusive, diverse place to work by celebrating the many game-changers who are shifting the culture within advertising and marketing agencies and demanding better representation in creative work.

Nominations for the iList close on Tuesday 21 January, so don’t miss your chance to be a part of the inaugural list of inclusivity champions. The free initiative is open to individuals of all levels and departments who are making a difference and driving diversity and inclusion in adland, whether that is within their agency, creative or their own projects.

A shortlist of candidates will be interviewed in February by a panel of adland greats, led by Karen Blackett OBE. The final iList will be announced at a celebratory gala in May and feature in Campaign magazine, the iList’s media partner.

The iList will showcase and celebrate role models who are powering inclusivity in the industry and support, celebrate and inspire adland to become more inclusive by providing tangible outputs and guidance for agencies and individuals looking to make a difference.

If you, or someone you know, is one of those people working tirelessly to make adland a better, more inclusive place then sign up for the iList and receive the recognition you deserve.

Please note, the iList is only open to employees at advertising, creative and digital media agencies. Full Terms & Conditions can be found here.
