PRCA welcomes Press Data as first International Evaluation Member

Press Data has joined the PRCA as the first International Evaluation Member.

PRCA International Evaluation Membership is designed for media intelligence firms, media monitoring firms, and communications research and data insights companies which provide media evaluation and communication research to the PR and Communications industry.

The International Evaluation Membership offering was launched last month at the AMEC Summit in Prague.

Jerry Ward MPRCA, Managing Director, Press Data, said: “As longstanding members of AMEC, Press Data are delighted to also join the PRCA under the initiative to encourage greater links between the evaluation and PR industries. Measurement and evaluation are critical elements in effective communications delivery and, as experts in evaluation, we are increasingly involved in the development of the PR strategies of our customers and we welcome the alignment of our common objectives as an industry.”

Francis Ingham MPRCA, Director General, PRCA, said: “I’m very pleased to welcome Press Data as our first PRCA International Evaluation Member. Together, the PR and evaluation communities can achieve far more than working alone. I look forward to the collaboration between our industries as we pursue our common objectives of great communication campaigns with great evaluation.”

The membership allows media intelligence and insights professionals in evaluation companies to work with over 800 PR & Communications consultancies and in-house teams throughout the world. International Evaluation Membership is a collaboration with AMEC – the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication.

Annual fees are £1,500+VAT, discounted to £750+VAT for AMEC members.

Practitioners looking to take advantage of the offer can contact Steve Miller, PRCA Partnerships and Membership Director; or Johna Burke, Global Managing Director, AMEC.
