PRSA Wins Two Platinum MarCom Awards

PRSA is honored to announce it is the receipient of two Platinum MarCom Awards, one for its 75th anniversary book, “75 Years of Impact and Influence: People, Places and Moments In Public Relations History” in the Publications/Book/Company History category, and one for its Strategies & Tactics publication in the Association Publications category.

Presented by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals, the MarCom Awards honor excellence in marketing and communications while recognizing the creativity and hard work of industry professionals.

This is the second major award for Strategies & Tactics in 2023; earlier this year, it received a Bronze Excel Award in the Newspaper/General Excellence category. 

The 75th anniversary book, published in 2022 and also the winner of a Gold Excel Award and a Gold Trendy Award, showcases the history of the communications profession through the people and events that helped shape international discourse and transform the business world.

PRSA was born in 1947 when the American Council on Public Relations and the National Association of Public Relations Counsel merged to form the Public Relations Society of America.  Building on the visions of these founders, PRSA has continued to advance the profession and the professional, influencing and leading the most compelling conversations through the years that changed the way we do business and the way we live in our society.
