PRSA, the nation’s leading professional organization serving the communications community, announced today that public relations leaders from around the world will participate in a featured session on Sunday, Oct. 20 at the 2019 PRSA International Conference. The Conference will take place from Oct. 20-22 in San Diego.
Presented by the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Management, “Global Trends & Insights From Around the World” will showcase a compelling discussion about executing PR strategy on an international level while keeping in mind culture, language, traditions and values.

The session is among a number of professional development programs and presentations at the Conference that will highlight public relations as a global profession and feature participation from leaders of the Global Alliance, who will also hold a meeting of its Board of Directors and the inaugural North American Regional Council Summit in conjunction with the conference.

The Conference also includes 10 keynote presentations from influential newsmakers such as Oscar winner Richard Dreyfuss; journalists Bob Woodward and Laura Ling; Microsoft communications executive Frank X. Shaw; former President of Mexico Vicente Fox and former First Lady Marta Sahagún de Fox; panels of executives from global agencies, multinational corporations and branches of the military, as well as networking events and an expansive exhibition hall.
