AstraZeneca has announced a $400 million investment in its global AZ Forest programme, raising its commitment to plant 200 million trees by 2030 and ensure their long-term survival. The Garfield Weston Foundation has awarded £10 million to Moorfields Eye Charity for Oriel, a new integrated centre for advancing eye health which will be the new home for Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology, opening in 2027.
