The Fundraising Regulator has recently published its latest Annual Complaints Report which covers the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022. The report analyses complaints received by the Fundraising Regulator and complaints reported to 56 of the UK’s largest fundraising charities. The Fundraising Regulator has published its latest annual report and accounts, which reveals a 98% payment rate of the voluntary Fundraising Levy over the past year – the highest rate to date – as charities continue to commit to voluntary regulation.
