A brand-new network of plant-topped Living Roof bus shelters are springing up across Leicester as part of a major programme to replace and revamp the city’s bus shelters. Leicester’s bus shelters go green, thanks to a new partnership with Clear Channel

Leading Out of Home advertising and infrastructure company Clear Channel UK has this week announced a brand-new contract with Leicester City Council, which will see 479 of the city’s shelters being replaced with modern structures with environmentally conscious functionality. ASA Warn Universities For Misleading Advertising

Six UK Universities have been warned by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) over exaggerated claims made in their advertising to attract students. Leicester, East Anglia, Strathclyde, Falmouth, Teesside and the University of West London have all had complaints upheld against them. The ASA wishes to stop unjustified claims and offer a clearer explanation of achievement in rankings and league tables.
