Royal Mail launches low emission gas powered trucks for parcels and letters

Royal Mail is expanding its use of low emission vehicles, with the addition of 29 gas-powered trucks, fuelled by Bio-Compressed Natural Gas (Bio-CNG), to its fleet. This is an example of the Company’s ongoing commitment to reduce emissions associated with its operations. Royal Mail Installs Efficiency-Boosting Technology Across Its Fleet To Further Reduce Emissions

Royal Mail is rolling out telemetry technology to an additional 11,000 small vans to encourage more fuel-efficient driving styles across the UK. The latest expansion will be using the Trimble Telemetry system.
