The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has appointed Angela Hughes, Deputy MD at Clark and Thom Watt, Associate Director at Weber Shandwick Scotland, as Scotland Group Vice Chairs. Angela and Thom will join current Scotland Group Chair, Laura Sutherland FPRCA, to support the group’s engagement and collaboration plans in Scotland.
