GARM starts work on Media Sustainability

The WFA’s GARM is creating a new workstream designed to focus attention on Sustainability. The goal: to repeat the success of its Brand Safety and Suitability work and to create a cross-industry collaboration that designs voluntary frameworks that will reduce our industry’s impact on the planet. IOC receives ISO 20121 certification for sustainability performance at corporate events

The International Olympic Committee (IOC)’s efforts to systematically and continually improve the sustainability performance across its corporate events has resulted in it receiving certification to the international standard ISO 20121:2012 for its corporate events. ISO 20121:2012 is an international standard for sustainability management systems applied to events, pioneered by the Organising Committee for the Olympic Games London 2012.
