The Global Goals Awards highlight the role girls play in changing their lives and in making progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year, the Awards honoured outstanding activists or campaign groups who have demonstrated a positive impact in people’s lives and who inspire others to accelerate progress towards the SDGs. Facebook adds charity donate button in Europe

Facebook is launching its charity fundraising tools in 16 European countries. This will allow people to donate directly on their social media pages. The initiative has been available in the US for the over two years. It has proved to be very popular and more than $10 million was raised for those hit by Hurricane Harvey. Grey Announces UNICEF Partership & Formation of the UNICEF + Grey Global Kids Council

As Grey turns 100 years old, the agency has started to work with UNICEF to focus on the next generation, solving world problems with creativity. Together they will create the UNICEF + Grey Global Kids Council for mentorship and marketing initiatives and, more immediately, a back-to-school pro bono campaign, launching in the Autumn.
