DHL pledges €80m investment for biomethane production

DHL Supply Chain has recently announced plans to begin operating biomethane fuelled trucks with an investment worth €80 million into a dedicated biomethane production facility in Cork, run by Stream BioEnergy. Biomethane is a renewable gas with the capacity to be carbon neutral. The new facility will provide fuel for up to 150 trucks, resulting in an annual carbon reduction of 15,000 tonnes, the equivalent of more than 38 million miles driven by an average petrol-powered passenger vehicle. Half of the UK wants charities to get involved in politics

Half of people (51%) say they want charities to campaign on political issues, according to the latest research from Enthuse, the donations, fundraising and event reg platform. The first academic research study to look at how consumers use pictures and not text to engage with a brand revealed there are four behaviours people evidence through images.
