The Hague has become the first city in the Netherlands to ban the use of steel slag in public space. The material, a by-product of steel production, has long been sold under names such as Duomix and Beaumix and widely used in roadbuilding and other construction projects across the country. Lego Group announces stronger reporting to track climate progress

Each year, the LEGO Group tracks and reports its absolute Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in accordance with the internationally recognised Greenhouse Gas Protocol framework. This includes emissions from direct operations, purchased energy, and other activities involved in making and selling LEGO® products, reported as Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
