Global denim leader Soorty is proud to announce its latest partnership with Jeanologia, renowned for its innovative technologies in the textile industry through eco-efficient, sustainable solutions. Together, they unveil Fast Fade, a groundbreaking line of fabrics engineered from the fiber up to achieve premium aesthetics with minimal environmental impact.
Fast Fade fabrics are designed for purpose. Every element, from fiber selection and yarn construction to the initial weaving process, was developed in parallel with Jeanologia’s laser and dry process technologies. This approach ensures the fabric reacts optimally to digital finishing, eliminating the need for traditional, resource-heavy wet processing.
The Fast Fade collection delivers high-contrast, authentic denim styles brought to life through technology. By engineering the textile specifically for dry processes, the line achieves outstanding wash effects while completely eliminating the need for manual whiskering, hand sanding, or wet process chemistry. This process represents a significant leap forward, allowing for the creation of premium garments with a drastic reduction in water, energy, and chemical use.
This collection forgoed months of deep technical and creative synergy. Jeanologia experts traveled to Soorty’s facilities in Pakistan to work on-site with the development team and was followed by reciprocal workshops at Jeanologia’s headquarters in Spain. The final results showcases the power of this hands-on collaboration.
