HomeAid Announces National Partnership with Metrostudy

HomeAid America, a building industry charity and one of the nation’s largest builders of housing for the homeless, announced today a national partnership with Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood Company and leading provider of data and analysis tools for the residential construction and real estate marketplace.

Metrostudy will serve as a Gold Level National Partner to HomeAid, who’s Shelter Development Program builds housing and other facilities for homelessness service providers and undertakes community outreach activities to provide facility renovation or operational assistance for the programs of these service providers. David MacIntosh, Chief Revenue Officer of Metrostudy, will join HomeAid America’s board of directors.

Hanley Wood and Metrostudy are committed to addressing the crisis of homelessness in the United States,” said Peter Goldstone, CEO of Hanley Wood. “HomeAid’s work with homeless individuals and families has been fantastic and it’s a privilege for us to join with them to add our industry expertise and relationships to their efforts to eradicate homelessness across the country. We look forward to working with them for years to come.”

HomeAid builds housing for charities sheltering the homeless and also giving them solutions to get back on their feet.  Homelessness remains a major problem in this country, and its causes are numerous and diverse, including job loss, medical crisis, domestic abuse, substance addiction, and post-traumatic stress syndrome in veterans.  “We are so grateful to Metrostudy for joining us in the effort to address homelessness in this country,” said HomeAid CEO Peter Simons. “Their generosity and leadership will be a huge boost to our efforts.”
