PRCA launches partnership with Bright Network

The PRCA has partnered with Bright Network. Bright Network is a free-to-join careers network of diverse candidates, and works to connect them with the best career opportunities through a range of intelligent digital targeting and networking events.

Bright Network is partnered with 250+ leading employers, including Accenture, Bloomberg, KPMG, Mars, M&S, and Vodafone.

The partnership will see the PRCA work closely with Bright Network to connect PR firms with the brightest future leaders, with the aim of increasing diversity and inclusion. Bright Network has offered discounts for PRCA members, along with careers and CV advice for student PRCA members who join the Bright Network.

Matt Cartmell MPRCA, Deputy Director General, PRCA, said: “We are delighted to be working with Bright Network, in this our latest step towards improving the diversity of the PR and communications industry. Bright Network offers a great platform for talented candidates to improve their career opportunities while employers contribute towards improved diversity.”

Anu Manthri, Head of Business Development, Bright Network, said: “We’re very excited to be partnering with the PRCA. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the PR and communications industry to help it to increase its diverse talent and offer our members more opportunities in this space.”

The news is the latest step in the PRCA’s work to promote diversity and improve inclusivity in the PR and communications industry. Last month, the PRCA launched its Diversity and Inclusion Guidelines, the latest step in its work to improve the diversity of the PR and communications industry. In addition, the PRCA and the CIPR recently partnered with Career Ready, a nationwide charity dedicated to helping young people from all backgrounds prepare for the world of work.
