Reuben Sinclair partners with PRCA to enhance talent discovery and ethical practice within the industry

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has partnered with recruitment consultancy Reuben Sinclair, with the aim of strengthening talent discovery within the PR and communications industry.

Established in 2007, Reuben Sinclair is a London-based recruitment agency that specialises in sales, marketing, PR, and digital recruitment.

In conjunction with this new partnership, Alexandra Lewington, Head of PR, Reuben Sinclair, becomes the new Chairman of the PRCA Recruiters’ Forum, which held its first meeting prior to the PRCA National Conference. The Forum will aim to provide PRCA members with the tools and insights they need to ensure they’re attracting the best talent for their business.”

The Recruiters’ Forum forms one of the PRCA sectoral groups and naturally feeds into the agenda of the HR Forum, FD Forum, Women in PR Group, LGBT+ Group, and Diversity Group on matters surrounding the recruitment and retention of talent. Members of the forum adhere to a set of best practice guidelines, and in doing so demonstrate to broader industry that recruitment consultancies and in-house recruiters are reputable and responsible.

On the partnership, Rohan Shah, Managing Director and Co-founder, Reuben Sinclair, said:

“It is a real pleasure to be chosen as the only talent partner to the PRCA. At a time where talent within the industry is sparse, Reuben Sinclair will be working very closely with the PRCA and their members to ensure they remain at the forefront of attracting the best talent in the marketplace; providing insights, guidance, and best practice through the Recruiters forum chaired by our Head of PR – Alexandra Lewington and ensuring that the industry continues to grow through attracting more talent into the world of PR and communications. Reuben Sinclair is proud to be part of an organisation driving ethics, best practice, and growth for all members.”

Francis Ingham MPRCA, Director General, PRCA, said:

“From our apprenticeships programme to partnerships such as this, attracting and retaining talent is a business priority for PRCA members. Partnering with a specialist recruitment agency like Reuben Sinclair helps us raise the standards of recruitment and retention across PR and communications, gives our members access to practical, pragmatic guidance, and rightly fees into the diversity outputs we produce with our members.”
