The world’s biggest fashion brands are fuelling the plastic pollution and climate crises through continued reliance on synthetic fibres made from fossil fuels, finds a new report by Changing Markets. Anglian Water launches new financial framework to issue net-zero based green bonds aligned to new carbon targets
The Anglian Water Group is the first ever utility company to publish a sustainability linked bond framework to enable it to launch green bonds connected directly to achieving its interim carbon targets by 2025. The company is committing to reduce capital carbon by 65 per cent from a 2010 baseline, and operational carbon by 30% from 2019/20 levels, by 2025. PRCA speaks out against alleged ‘made-up persona’ as spokesperson
In response to Business Insider’s report of a niche, publicly traded U.S. aviation company allegedly creating a fake, non-existent corporate spokesperson, the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) Ethics Council has reminded corporations worldwide that such alleged practices could breach the PRCA Code of Conduct.
