Jo-ann Robertson MPRCA, Partner and CEO, London, Ketchum, has been appointed to the Board of Management of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA). Robertson was promoted to the role of CEO earlier this month, after working as Deputy CEO since 2015. She joined Ketchum as MD of Corporate and Public Affairs in 2011, from Weber Shandwick.
