UK universities identify British banks and building societies that do not support fossil fuel expansion

Seven leading UK financial institutions that do not contribute to financing fossil fuel expansion have been identified as a panel suitable to hold billions in deposits for 83 British higher education institutions. Yorkshire Building Society and its charity partner Age UK have said thanks a million to the Society’s colleagues and customers for helping to raise over £1 million to help Age UK be there for older people who are struggling most right now.
