The Walmart.org Center for Racial Equity Awards Over $14 Million in First Round of Grants

Walmart and the Walmart Foundation pledged to contribute $100 million over five years through a Center for Racial Equity to help address racial disparities in the U.S. in June 2020. Asda gives 5,000 nurseries priority access to delivery slots

Asda has announced it will offer priority access to slots to support 5,000 nurseries who shop online with the supermarket and continue to provide essential childcare services under lockdown. bp acquires majority stake in largest US forest carbon offset developer Finite Carbon

bp has acquired a majority stake in carbon offset developer Finite Carbon, building on its existing interest in the company. Finite Carbon is the largest developer of forest carbon offsets in the US. bp will bring the firm into its in-house business accelerator, bp Launchpad. Together with bp’s additional investment, this is expected to bolster Finite Carbon’s expansion, including into new geographical markets.
