The Telegraph’s Christmas Charity Appeal 2022 is supporting four charities for its annual fundraising campaign. The charities supported by this year’s appeal are: Action for Children, Age UK, Macmillan Cancer Support and Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI).  The appeal launched on Saturday November 5 and will remain open until January 2023. ILO announces winners of the 2022 Global Media Competition on Labour Migration

To mark this year’s International Migrants Day on 18 December the International Labour Organization (ILO) has announced the four winners of its 2022 Global Media Competition on Labour Migration. Government Sanctions on Advertising Exports Come into Force Against Russia

The Government has announced via a Statutory Instrument that, from 00.01 16 December 2022, it will prohibit the export of advertising services, alongside some other professional services, to Russia.    As the industry’s trade body, the Advertising Association fully support these measures, as well as the decision of many companies who have already ceased trading with Russia.   There will be a winding down exception to the advertising sanctions until 15 March 2023.
