Trade Associations Set Quality Standard For Recycled Plastic

The Environmental Services Association, with support from the British Plastics Federation (BPF), Recycling Association and RECOUP, has recently published a defined quality standard for post-consumer recycled plastics, with the aim of driving consistent standards across the sector. Asda invests into Veterans’ charity to train ex-military as HGV Drivers

Great Manchester based charity, Veterans into Logistics have received a welcomed funding boost of £40,000 from Asda, that will enable the charity to train 10 armed forces veterans into new careers as HGV Drivers. The charity has a two year established partnership with Asda Logistic Services who support their mission of preventing homelessness and unemployment in the veteran community.
